It is used at the top of the stainless steel tube, allows to attach a desired stainless steel or timber handrail.
It has M6 threaded hole on top, so you can attach a flat or curved saddle or you can use it without any saddles allows to weld the stainless steel tube on it.
You can use it for tube thickness up to 3 mm, you need to weld this product around the collar on the tube.
