A Handrail is designed to be grasped to provide stability or support while ascending or descending a staircase. A Handrail can be fitted to a wall with brackets or as a component of balustrade, and is normally grooved to support balusters fitted between fillets. Our entire timber handrail range includes the fitted timber fillet to suit your groove and timber type. Handrail can also be known as Wall Rail, Grab Rail, Top Rail or simply Timber Rail. All Handrail are laminated to accommodate for length and width of rail.

Our Timber Handrail in all species is of SELECT grade quality. It’s relatively clear and free of defects, however there can be small amounts of gum vein, surface checking (splits), knots and black specks within the SELECT grading. Such defects will not be considered if a refund is requested.
